Real Weddings
Our magazine article is now also online, just with a few different photos. Check it out here!
The actual magazine article looks much better than the online story ... but that's to be expected so check out the magazine if you can!) :)

Echo update
An update on the Echo & the Bunnymen show ... it was great! Yep, they put on a good one - to be honest, it was a lot better than I expected. I saw them at the same venue a few years ago, and it was a good show - but this one was a lot better. It had a really good energy to it. For some reason, I wasn't expecting that - so I was pleasantly surprised. :)
It was an interesting crowd too. I had expected some *older* people, considering how long these guys have been around (formed in 1978) ... but they were nowhere to be seen! I saw Depeche Mode play a couple of weeks ago - and I'm pretty sure I was one of the youngest people there (errr...and I'm 30!) ... so I was expecting a similar crowd at the Echo show. But nope, it was a totally young crowd, so it was great. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
After the show, 7 of us went back to our place and drank and ate and drank and ate ... it was a fun night! I feel sort of bad though, apparently around 3am we woke one of our neighbours up. I like to be a respectful neighbour ... so I do feel bad 'bout that. Whoops.

Echo & the Bunnymen
I haven't posted in AGES. I guess I just haven't been in the mood - that, or I just haven't had much of interest to write about.
I guess not a lot has really been going on with me. I've been pretty run down for the past while (no energy whatsoever) so I haven't been up to much. I haven't gotten nearly as much accomplished (business wise) as I should have. On the upside though, I've been feeling a bit more energized this week - so things are looking up for me. Phew.
Tonight we're going to see Echo & the Bunnymen. As of now, it looks like it will be Dan, John, Marcia, Robbie and moi. Should be fun! The only (big) drawback is that it's an early show (which is quite often the case at Richards on Richards - they have two shows booked tonight - first is our show - afterwards, the Trailer Park Boys are on (that'll be a hilarious show, I'm sure!). So anyways, the opening band is on at a ridiculous time - 7:30pm! Geez .... ah well, at least an early show gives us the excuse to start drinking at 6pm. :)
